NOTICE: TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR MARKETING LOAN BENEFITS, THE ABOVE INFORMATION MUST AGREE WITH YOUR FSA-578 AT YOUR LOCAL FARM SERVICE AGENCY (FSA).
I have read and agree with the terms of the 2021 Rice Marketing Programs. All rice delivered to Producers Rice Mill, Inc.(PRM) shall be free of adulteration or contamination. Good Agricultural Practices shall also be met in the planting, harvesting, storage, and shipment of rice to PRM. I represent that all pesticides used in the production, transportation and storage of the above named crop delivered to PRM were registered under FIFRA, EPA, or by a State, and used in compliance with their labeling, and such crop contains no pesticide residues which are unsafe or unlawful within the meaning of Section 408 of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act or any statute, regulation or policy of any state, or local agency regulating foods or the constituents or handling thereof, including CFR 40 part 180. I realize failure to deliver the rice signed up in this agreement gives PRM the right to declare me ineligible to participate in future marketing programs. This form, Rice Delivery Agreement, when submitted by the growers(s) and accepted by PRM, constitutes a binding agreement which represents the voluntary and clear understanding of all parties.
